About Us

Alps Office is just getting started so our ‘About Us’ page is still quite small. What we lack in history we make up for in experience. The Alps Office team is resourceful, professional and very experienced; we aim to create an exceptional service for you and your clients. 

The company was started after seeing a need from small businesses that did not want to recruit their own admin/customer service function. It can be costly and restrictive to recruit and employ someone on an on-going basis and this does not always offer the flexibility businesses need.

Hannah – Alps Office Manager

Alps Office was created by Hannah after seeing the need from friends and colleagues in the industry. Hannah Avill has spent the previous six years in operations and finance management and prior to this, six years in customer service. Using this experience Hannah saw an opportunity within the ski industry to provide, primarily, a call handling service for small businesses ranging from Independant Ski Instructors to Chalet Companies. Although the service is not limited to these industries and is not limited to call handling. The Alps Office assistants have experience in general administration, social media and marketing and can offer IT support via Alps IT.

Alps Office is made up of a team living and working in the Alps and who all love the mountains. The team collaboratively have many years of customer service experience and are devoted to working within the ski industry.
